Total Care Services, Inc. was established in 2003, as a non-profit health care agency that provides an array of supportive assistance to people of all ages with intellectual and developmental disabilities, complex medical needs, behavioral health needs, and those facing an array of challenges. We are one of the largest providers servicing the District of Columbia and Maryland. Total Care Services, Inc. is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) non-profit organization approved by the Internal Revenue Service.
