Founded in 2003, Total Care Services, Inc. is dedicated to helping others meet life’s challenges. Our programs help people with complex medical needs, mental health needs, and physical and developmental disabilities.

We’re proud to be part of the lives of so many people and families across Maryland and the District of Columbia. By connecting them with resources, services, and supports, we seek to empower them.
